Who will work for my project?

Those translators work for HM language service are experienced professional translators. We do not use translation machine or soft. We do not outsource your project nor ask native students to proofread and to check. Those translators are responsible for the whole process of your project with full understanding of your requirements. 

Is HM Language Service available for large volume or urgent project?

 
A small number of selected high level translators work for HM Language Service, so we can not guarantee that we will be able to receive every request of yours.  We ask you to consult with us or ask for free estimation first. We promise to respond you as soon as possible.

Can I specify the style and the language of the translation?

 
Of course you can. We make our utmost to meet your requirements. According to your request, we will choose the words and styles as correct and accurate as possible.

How will you manage my personal information?

 
HM Language Service takes that protecting personal information of customer as extremely important. The Translators fully understand their obligation to keep official secret so that any informatioin related to your project would not be leak to third party. Business dealing as well as your request also consist secret. If you wish we can conclude a written oath or note concerning the use of your information. Feel free to consult with us.
